Step 6: Debriefing We are the catalyst. This is the interactive phase. Here we provide feedback for both you and the candidate. We help each side understand the company’s needs and how each candidate can contribute to the company’s bottom line. Our reference checks provide in-depth information in regards to the candidate’s leadership abilities, technical competency, and integrity. Every aspect of the candidate and the position are thoroughly evaluated to ensure that the candidate is in fact the perfect fit that we promised. |
